These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nexianrealty.com and all of its subdomains — including offmarket.nexianrealty.com — and any related services, forms, chat widgets, and messaging programs operated by Nexian Realty LLC ("Nexian Realty," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
